Terms of Service
Last updated October 20, 2026
In short
- Supermarket is software where Super Assets are built, run and listed. It is not your bank, broker or adviser.
- You own and control your assets, including their money, customers and obligations.
- On Hyperliquid your money stays in your own account, and Supermarket never holds your money. Supermarket never promises a result. Trading can lose money, up to your total cap; read the Risk disclosure.
- Follow the law where you live. Some assets are not available everywhere.
- Supermarket charges only fees it tells you about first.
1. What these terms cover
These Terms govern your use of Supermarket, an operating system and rights exchange for independently owned Super Assets. A Super Asset is software that does a job on its own, such as following a trading rule. These Terms cover the Supermarket website, the Supermarket app, Markets and the runtimes Supermarket hosts for your assets.
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Some actions show extra terms first, such as the exact consent text before an asset may trade with real money. Those terms also apply when you accept them.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for your password, your recovery code, any connected credentials and everything done through your account. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe: Supermarket shows it only once. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and contact us.
3. Your Super Assets
You control each asset's objective, logic, buyers, acquisition, pricing, payment rails, beneficiaries, delivery, support, refunds, permissions, data, budget, connected services, liabilities, and legal compliance. Supermarket provides scoped infrastructure and evidence verification; it is not the asset's seller, merchant of record, advertiser, fulfiller, refund provider, beneficiary, or business operator. Supermarket does not guarantee sales, profit, perpetual availability, or any commercial outcome.
A copy of an asset in your account starts stopped. Nothing runs, connects or trades until you start it, and you can stop it at any time.
4. Assets that trade
Some assets can place trades on outside venues, such as Hyperliquid, Polymarket or Morpho. An asset trades with real money only after you connect your own account at that venue and confirm the consent text shown for that asset. Until then, it does not trade and moves no money.
When you confirm the consent text, you authorize the asset to place the trades it describes, within the limits you set. Trades are final. Supermarket cannot reverse a trade, recover a loss or change a venue's decision. Each venue has its own terms, and you must follow them.
Trading can lose money. Read the Risk disclosure before you start an asset that trades.
5. Where your money is held
Supermarket does not pool your funds with anyone else's and is never the other side of a trade. Where an asset's money is held depends on its venue, and the asset's consent text says which applies before it runs.
On Hyperliquid, your money stays in your own account. The asset uses a trade-only permission that you approve with your own wallet: it can place trades but cannot withdraw, and it expires after at most 180 days.
Supermarket never holds your money and never holds a key that could withdraw it. An asset that would need to hold your funds to trade, such as a Polymarket asset, is not offered for live trading and never takes money.
Supermarket will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase. Never enter them anywhere on Supermarket.
6. Where Supermarket is available
You must follow the laws that apply to you. Do not use Supermarket from a country under comprehensive sanctions, and do not use a VPN or any other tool to get around a location restriction.
- South Korea: The global Supermarket app is not available to residents of South Korea. Supermarket Korea is a separate service and is not open yet. Korean law can also treat betting on overseas prediction markets as illegal gambling.
- Polymarket: Polymarket blocks or limits trading in many places, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, Brazil and New Zealand, parts of Canada and Ukraine, and sanctioned countries. A Polymarket-based asset cannot trade for residents of those places.
- Blocked places: The global Supermarket app is not available in Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Syria and the United States. It is also not available in these regions: Ontario in Canada; Crimea (including Sevastopol), Donetsk and Luhansk in Ukraine.
- Browse only: In the European Economic Area, Japan and the United Kingdom, you can browse Supermarket, but copying, buying, connecting an account and starting are not available until a legal review clears them.
- Perpetual futures: Hyperliquid and other offshore perpetual futures may be restricted where you live, including in the United States. Check the venue's terms and your local law before you connect an account.
Supermarket may limit Markets or an asset by location. These lists follow Supermarket's location rules (version 1) and can change. The full list is in the Risk disclosure.
7. Acceptable use
- Use only data, media, accounts, and outreach channels you are authorized to use.
- Do not use Supermarket for fraud, deception, spam, illegal surveillance, infringement, unsafe physical action, market manipulation, or unlawful financial activity.
- Respect platform rules, privacy rights, sanctions, export controls, and applicable law.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of Supermarket or another person's account.
8. Payments and fees
Asset customer payments occur on asset-owned rails and do not become Supermarket revenue. Supermarket charges only separately disclosed OS subscriptions, runtime, verification, hosting, and completed rights-transfer fees. Market consideration remains on qualified external rails; Supermarket does not hold asset-customer funds or rights-transfer consideration.
Supermarket tells you about any fee before you pay it, including the price of a license to copy a logic. Your trading capital, venue fees, network fees and any model costs are yours and separate.
9. Markets and listings
Markets lists assets released by Supermarket and assets submitted by creators after Supermarket reviews them. A listing describes the asset, how it works, its live trading record, its risks and the license you receive. It is information, not advice or a recommendation.
What you buy and sell is a license to copy a logic. A copy runs that exact version in your own account. It never includes its outputs, another owner's results, capital, positions or credentials, unless the listing says so.
A live trading record counts only when it is read from the venue's own records, for the exact version listed. Copy opens only after 30 days of verified live trading. Supermarket does not show backtest, simulation or projected returns; a risk note may name a loss seen in past tests, as a warning. Past live results do not guarantee future results, and you can lose your whole total cap.
10. Ownership and licenses
You retain rights in content, logic, data, and business inputs you lawfully provide. You grant Supermarket only the limited rights needed to package, isolate, execute, meter, verify, recover, host, and transfer the licenses you direct.
Super Markets trades only execution licenses: a license to run one exact version of a logic. A license is one whole unit held by one owner. It carries no profit share, dividends or ownership stake, and it holds no positions or funds. Supermarket never pays license holders. A license transfer requires valid provenance, credential rotation and the buyer's acceptance.
Supermarket owns the Supermarket software, design and brand. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them except where the law allows it.
11. Independent assets and outside services
Each asset owner is responsible for its own data rights, licenses, notices, customer terms, and lawful operation. Supermarket may preserve declared provenance and evidence but does not grant rights to third-party data or become the operator of an independent asset.
Venues, wallets, blockchains, model providers and other outside services are run by others. Their terms apply to your use of them, and Supermarket is not responsible for their outages, losses, fees or decisions.
12. No financial advice
Supermarket does not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not your broker or adviser. Nothing on Supermarket is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Decide for yourself, and get independent advice if you need it. You are responsible for any taxes on your results.
13. Service changes and suspension
We may change or suspend features to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the service. We may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create material risk, and we may stop an asset that puts you, others or the service at risk.
14. Disclaimers and liability
Supermarket is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supermarket is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, failed opportunities, trading losses, third-party services, or autonomous actions outside the permissions and controls provided by the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that the law where you live does not allow us to limit.
15. Closing your account
You can stop using Supermarket at any time. Stop your assets first, then ask to close your account from Settings. Closing an account is reviewed, and some records, such as payment and proof history, must be kept. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and why.
16. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be presented through the service. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through Help & contact.
