The code Supermarket showed you once when you created your account: five groups of four letters and numbers.
Resetting gives you a new recovery code, turns off two-factor sign-in and signs you out everywhere else. It does not unlock a connected wallet.
Lost your recovery code as well? Contact support to ask what can be done. A request alone does not reset an account.
